We urge you to read the hereunto terms carefully before using the website, as the use of the services of the online store and the sending of orders means that the user agrees and unconditionally accepts the terms expressed hereunder. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the online store services.
The Company spares no effort to ensure that the content of the online store includes complete, accurate, true, valid and non-misleading information. In any case, the company is not responsible and users accept the possibility of the inability of the company to control all of its content and services of the online store.
The company has the right to unilaterally modify these and inform the public through the website, so please consult this regularly.
In our online store, you will find baby and children’s clothes with the quality guarantee of the Bimbo store (Thessaloniki, Tsimiski 47) which has been operating since 1974.
We can not guarantee the availability of products, but we make every effort to list on our website products that are not available and in any case, we will inform you in time if the product you have chosen is not finally available. In this case, we will contact you to modify or cancel your order.
All prices quoted include VAT 24%, but do not include the cost of shipping, which may vary depending on the promotion and/or the method and way of shipping (see below).
The company reserves the right to change the prices of products sold without prior notice.
Placing an order through our online store is a distance selling contract and is regulated by the law on consumer protection, as amended and in force. After receiving your order, will be sent to you a confirmation email, to the address you indicate when sending the order.

BIMBOCOINS – CUSTOMER REWARD PROGRAM
Once you have registered as a member in our online store, with every online purchase you collect BimboCoins (redemption points), with which you can enjoy privileges in your next purchases!
Below you will find information about the BimboCoins collection program:
Each regular season shopping euro corresponds to 1 BimboCoin. So if you make purchases worth 55 euros, you will collect 55 BimboCoins. On your birthday, you will receive a gift of 50 BimboCoins from us.
Bimbo Coins are kept for one year after their acquisition.
Every time you collect 300 BimboCoins you receive as a gift a voucher worth 30 euros, which you can redeem in your future purchases exclusively in this online store within 6 months. It is possible to redeem several coupons at the same time as long as 6 months have not passed since their acquisition.
The BimboCoins program does not apply to discounted product purchases, products on sale, or in the sales category, and these products are excluded from both the collection and redemption of BimboCoins.
You have the opportunity, through the contact form, to fix an appointment to make your purchases privately from the showroom (Tsimiski 47) with the guidance of our experienced and specialized partners.
The company, guided by the facilitation of transactions and your immediate service, provides the following payment options:
- using credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, Discover and using the Masterpass electronic wallet. Possibility of 3 interest-free installments for amounts over 300 €.
- by deposit in a bank account, if made within 24 hours of placing the order. Please send us the proof of deposit to the email firstname.lastname@example.org
- by cash on delivery with extra fee 3 €, only for shipments within Greece.
All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Alpha e-Commerce” of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
The company, guided by the facilitation of transactions and your immediate service, provides the following options for shipping and delivery of products:
- Courier (ACS and Speedex with the respective charges of each company, except for cash on delivery which is provided only for shipments within Greece)
- Pick up from the Showroom (Tsimiski 47)
We make every effort to ship your products as soon as possible, however, please note that many times delays may not occur due to us.
Once you have made a purchase from our online store you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, without stating any reason. You must notify us in writing of the withdrawal by filling in your name and your bank account details (bank name, account number – IBAN) to get back the money you paid. You will have to return the products you bought at your own expense, in excellent condition in which you received them, inside the package in which you received them, without tears and damage, without being worn and without removing their marking cards without delay and within of 14 days. In case the product you return does not meet the above conditions it will be returned to you at your own expense.
RETURN / CHANGE OF PRODUCTS
We accept product returns within 14 days of receipt. Please note that the products must be returned in the condition in which you received them, without being worn and without removing their marking cards, while you will bear the return costs unless the reason for the return is a mistake of the company and sending incorrect order. If the return is accepted, after checking the returned product, we will inform you by e-mail at the email address you have stated, on how to process your request.
You can choose between a) exchanging the product for another (equivalent value or paying the extra cost difference) or b) issuing a credit coupon to your account to use the amount in your later purchase.
Please note that the manufacturer’s responsibility for defective products lies with the consumer. In this case, the product is replaced immediately provided there is availability.
If you want a refund: In case of purchase by credit card, the money on your card will be credited again.
INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS – TRADEMARKS
The content of our entire online store is the intellectual and industrial property of the company and is protected by the relevant provisions of Greek, European and international law. Any form of copying, modification, interference, transfer, distribution, republishing, reproduction, retransmission in electronic or mechanical form, retention, printing, by anyone, or misleading the public about the actual content of the content is expressly prohibited. Products, brand, trademarks, or insignia of third parties that appear in our online store, are the intellectual and industrial property of third parties, who also bear the relevant responsibility.
The company BIMBO S.A. has legally granted us the license to use its mark. The trademarks, logos, insignia that appear in our online store and the illustrations (persons, places, things) are the property of the company or third parties and can not be used without the relevant written permission.
